Four months in: our first profitable month on apps.

A focused study session in a library aisle.

We just wrapped our fourth month of building apps at Kant Labs. Here's an honest look at where the numbers stand.

Month two grew 3× over month one. Month three came in at 2× month two. Month four landed at 1.5× month three. So we're still growing, but the momentum is easing a little month over month. Part of that is simply the calendar: the exam and study season is winding down, and a lot of what we build lives inside it.

The seasonal dip hit softer than it could have, and that's down to the rest of the lineup. Alongside Ozard's steady growth, both Sınav Oyunları and Studybud have started to find their tempo. On the last day of May we broke our daily revenue record, by a wide margin.

May 2026 was a real marker for our Turkey operations. For the first time, once marketing and operational spend were accounted for, the apps turned a profit. Flipping from burn to positive this quickly, after only two to three months of burning, is both good news and a warning. Good, because it tells us the bet was right. A warning, because it means we should be spending more: we're still a long way from where we want to be.

Next month I'll pick this back up straight from the app metrics. The work continues.
